Berdasarkan beberapa guideline, SSRIs direkomendasikan sebagai first-line terapi untuk sebagian besar gangguan anxietas. Pengobatan untuk gangguan anxietas mencakup berbagai antidepresan (SSRIs, SNRIs, TCAs, dan MAOIs), anti- anxietas (benzodiazepin dan buspiron), serta β-blockers. Sumber data yang digunakan untuk dijadikan referensi pada review artikel ini terdiri dari 20 jurnal ilmiah, 5 textbook, dan 2 website resmi yaitu National Institute of Mental Health dan Ministry of Health. Review artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai perkembangan pengobatan yang digunakan pada penderita gangguan anxietas berdasarkan tipe gangguannya. Penentuan jenis gangguan anxietas diperlukan untuk memastikan pengobatan yang sesuai dengan jenis gangguannya. Menurut survei epidemiologi, sepertiga penduduk dunia dipengaruhi oleh gangguan anxietas selama masa hidupnya. Gangguan anxietas ditandai dengan kecemasan yang berlebihan dan tidak realistis mengenai suatu hal. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of nurses in the implementation of education in hallucinatory patients. In implementing nursing care, nurses have roles and functions including providing health education, care givers, as family advisors, disease prevention, counseling, collaboration, ethical decision makers. Individuals who have mental disorders will definitely have some limitations in meeting their daily needs Mental patients need to get the right treatment, so the role of nurses is needed especially in providing education. Mental disorders can occur in all individuals. The number of individuals experiencing mental disorders every year is increasing both in Central Java and in Indonesia.
